Our second case study complex is Ilcon Park. This complex consists of 31 units that starts with a property size of 65+ m².

In September 2022 one of the owners instructed our maintenance team to assist with the repainting of the entire complex. All fences, boundary walls, garages and units were to be sanded off and repainted. The estimated project duration was set at 12 weeks (3 months).

With the team, we managed to repaint the entire complex in exactly 3 months (1 September - 1 December 2022). We saved the owners a total of R200,000 by using our maintenance services.
